TERMS OF SERVICE
HOW TO COMMISSION:
If you want to commission me, please contact me through my email YunYang@web.de (commercial only!) or my social media channels (for private commissions).
I reserve the right to decline a commission if I feel uncomfortable with it.
Payment is done through Stripe (Paypal is possible if absolutely necessary), using EURO (€) as the currency, up front.
Regular commissions are for private-use only.
Any form of AI or NFT related use for my art is extremly prohibited!
Please credit me if you post it on your social media.
Commercial commissions are 1.5-2x the price or more depending on the commercial use (Twitch loading screens, panel work, additions etc. count as commercial commissions!) . Do not use a commission in any commercial way without getting the rights from me. You can always pay an extra commercial fee for a once private commission later, please contact me for that purpose so I can calculate the fee and send you an extra invoice!
I hold the rights over my art, meaning, I'm allowed to post it on my social media and will always be the original creator of the art piece.
If you don't want me to post the commission because it is supposed to be a gift art, please let me know.
I reserve the right to livestream and record the creation of the artwork, unless we agree differently.

Please note that I only draw original characters that belong to YOU. I do not draw fanart for private commission work (only for commercial work/promotion illustrations).
You can also request some to draw my Ocs if you like them.
Also, an extra design fee applies to those who have no reference images of the subject and would like me to draw from a description or a collage of photographs.
Keep in mind that the complexity of the subject might affect the final price.
ABOUT CHANGES:
Major changes can ONLY be made in the sketch phase. If you forgot to send me detailed information and want to have things corrected afterwards, I will charge 30 EUR per change for it (this applies to the coloring and lineart phase).
WHAT I DO NOT DRAW:
Hentai, Mecha, Shota / Lolicon, Furries, Old Men, Backgrounds only

Only commission me if you like what I draw. You can take a look at my social media to see what my style looks like and what I usually draw, so please don't be surprised if I decline your commission if it's too far away from my regular work.
DEADLINES
If not communicated, I do not rush commission art.
I will let you know about the time the commission may take for me to finish. I will inform you about the three main steps (sketch, lineart and coloring phase).
Please restrain from repeatedly asking me about the commission status.
Please note that I have several pieces to work on so sometimes, it can take months for me to finish a piece.
Deadlines should ALWAYS be mentioned beforehand. I will also charge a rush fee if there are any changes in date.
REFUNDS
Started commissions are non-refundable since they are custom-made pieces of art. Refunds can only be made if there has not been any work done from my side already. Please always make sure the commissioned piece works with your deadline and budget!

- please send me a good (!) and detailed reference sheet of the character. If you don't have a design and want me to draw the characterdesign for you as well, you need to commission a reference sheet from me first (price depends on complexity, sample above. I will give a small discount if you commission both fullbody model and a character sheet from me).
- Payment plans can be discussed.
- This commission is a commercial commission. By paying the price, you get the right to use it for streaming, promotion, etc. I remain the creator of the model though.
For best results, please let me know the contact of your rigger to discuss special features with them!

VTUBER MODEL COMMISSIONS
Vtuber art, cut and ready for rigging (ART ONLY!)
Halfbody: 1900 EUR+
Fullbody: 2500 EUR+
- Please note that bare body models as base cost an additional 300 EUR!
- Halfbody is cut at thighs (hands included).
- includes 4 base expressions of your choice
- detailed characters and extras will cost more
- please send me a good (!) and detailed reference sheet of the character. If you don't have a design and want me to draw the characterdesign for you as well, you need to commission a reference sheet from me first (price depends on complexity, sample above.
